Report Writer's Engine provides the functionality for the excel and word add-ins that create reports. When there are major changes, the version is increased to differentiate the Engines.
Note: The 46.02 Engine requires versions of Office 2016 and higher.
The 46.02 engine has the following new features and benefits:
Security
- Increased Security - users can now create and maintain their own passwords for both n1-web and the engine database connection.

Auto-Text Library Enhancements
- A third tier of organization for the auto-text library in the Word Ribbon
- Tags can now be further categorized into Folders
Import Appraisers,Contacts and Comps assigned from the Job Manager
- Contacts as well as appraisers and their license information associated with a job in the job manager, auto-populate when the subject is imported.
Import/Export Rent Roll data from/to the web
- After entering the data in the Rent Roll worksheet, export the subject data back to the database to create rent/lease comps.
