    Issue:

    When the Table of contents is updated, a rogue "Table" or image is shown.


    Why?

    Table of Contents are updated via a "Style" applied to a Header or section. This is standard functionality in Word.

    If a table is showing up in the ToC, it has an incorrect style applied to the image.


    How to Correct?

    1.  In the ToC, CTRL+Click the offending  image to be navigated directly to the table/image.
    2. Select the image and apply the Normal style from the styles utility in the Home Ribbon in Word.
    3. Click on the ReferencesRibbon and then choose "Update Table".
