Return Summary

The Return Summary tab of the reports page provides you with a detailed matrix of critical return metrics. This report informs you of the property's performance reflected as time series, core, and acquisition metrics associated with the investment. 

These computed metrics of the return summary tab are dynamically updated as you edit the input assumptions made in the tabs of the assumptions page.
