Renewal Rent as Percentage of Market

Sometimes, because a renewing tenant is easier and cheaper to deal with than a brand new tenant is, a landlord may will be willing to accept a slightly less-than-market rental rate in order to keep the same tenant paying rent at their property.

Renewal Rent in CashFlow:

Click Market Leasing in the left navigation bar.
Click an existing entry in the table.
In the Market vs Renewal section, update the value in the Renewal Rent as % of Market field as desired.
