Renewal Probability

The likelihood that a tenant which falls under a specific master lease agreement profile will renew their lease. CashFlow uses this information to estimate tenant improvement costs, free rent periods, downtime between leases, and total occupancy at a property.

Renewal Probability in CashFlow:

Click Market Leasing in the left navigation bar.
Click an existing entry in the table.
In the MLA Details section, update the value in the Renewal Probability field as desired.
