Reimbursement - Pro Rata

A Latin phrase meaning "in proportion", this is a method of expense reimbursement whereby a tenant is responsible for a portion of a building's expenses based on how much of that building they occupy.

Reimbursements in CashFlow:

Click Rent Roll in the left navigation bar.
Click an existing entry in the table.
Click the Reimbursement Structures tab.
Click an existing Reimbursement Structure from the list. In the Structure Details section, select one of the following from the Type drop-down menu: Base Year Computed Custom Base Year Net
Make a selection from the Pro-Rata Area drop-down menu.
