Recent Leases Tables

There are two tables for recent leases: Commercial and Multi-family. Each table has a date field at the top which determines the time frame to use when populating the table.  

Example: In the Rent Roll you are able to input the Lease Start and End Dates; if your entry within the Recent Leases date field is prior to the date for a tenant's Lease Start date, it will be entered into the table.
