A lender may require a reserve to cover the costs of re-leasing a space, such as Leasing Commissions and Tenant Improvements.

Click Rent Roll in the left navigation bar.
Select an existing entry.
Click the Leasing Costs tab.
Toggle Re-Leasing Reserve: Enter a value in the Amount field, then make a selection from the drop-down menu to the right Make a selection from the Loan drop-down menu Enter a value in the Duration field(s)
