The unadjusted and adjusted aggregates are displayed to assist with reconciliation.

Choose the premise for the Analysis:

Hand-enter the Reconciled Unit Value, which is then multiplied by the subject area to generate the Indicated Value. The Reconciled Final Value must be hand-entered.

For adjustments, click the new Toggle Adjustments button to the left of the table.

In the Land Grid, Excess Land reconciliation is available as well as an adjustment section that can be customized per the report's needs.

Note:

Adjustments are a sum. If creating an adjustment such as cost to cure, add a minus sign to the hand-entered number or unprotect the worksheet and adjust the math as necessary.

Click the Toggle Adjustments button to hide unused line items.

Unadjusted vs. Adjusted Price per Chart

To assist in reconciliation, view the chart detailing the difference in unadjusted vs. adjusted price with a linear trend for the adjusted price. Click the Toggle Display button in the Land Grid Ranking table to hide unused comps.
