Ranges and Reconciled Values

The unadjusted and adjusted aggregates are displayed to assist with reconciliation.

Choose the premise for the Analysis:

Hand-enter the Reconciled Unit Value, which is then multiplied by the subject area to generate the Indicated Value. The Reconciled Final Value can be hand-entered or choose a rounding amount to round to preference.

For adjustments, click the Toggle Adjustments button to the left of the table.

In the Land Grid, Excess Land reconciliation is available as well as an adjustment section that can be customized per the report's needs.

Click the Toggle Adjustments button to hide unused line items.

Unadjusted vs. Adjusted Price per Chart

To assist in reconciliation, view the chart detailing the difference in unadjusted vs. adjusted price with a linear trend for the adjusted price. Click the Toggle Display button to the left of the chart to hide unused comps.
