Ranges and Reconciled Rent

The adjusted values are displayed at the bottom of the grid, along with net and gross adjustment amounts. 

Select the space type or unit type from the drop-down above the table to adjust the Header text.

Hand-enter the Reconciled Market Rent. You can choose whether or not to add cents to the written value.

Click the Toggle Display button to hide unused comp spaced in the Unadjusted and Adjusted Rent Chart.
