Problem and Intention

The Problem, Intended Use and Intended User fields are all manual entry fields that double as drop-downs. As such, you can choose to leverage the List function to add in your own custom options.

These areas are key elements for defining the scope of work. The Report Writer uses a series of fields to guide the appraiser through the typical key elements of determining the scope and reporting; however, this is a guide only and may need to be supplemented with additional information, depending on the assignment.

The Intended users field will auto-populate if the respective dropdown is chosen.
