Pro Forma

From Latin pro forma, "according to form"

A pro forma is a detailed financial statement showing what is expected to occur in the future in terms of cash flows. A well-conceived and easy-to-read pro forma is among the most important parts of evaluating a real estate investment opportunity.

In CashFlow, the Pro Forma is the first report shown on the Reports tab. Each of the "+" icons indicates that that particular field can be expanded to see what exactly is contributing to that figure.
