    You can also designate points on the Google Map featured on the Search page to look for comp records within a certain geographic region.

    1.Enable Polygon Search

    In the top, right-hand corner of the map, locate and ensure that Polygon Search is Enabled, as doing so will allow you to add pin points to the Google Map located on the Search page. 

    2. Define Your Search Area

    Freely click on the map to create an outline of where your region search will extend to. As you click on the map, you will notice small points marking where you have clicked. As you click multiple times, your points will become interconnected. Therefore, all comps within that geographic region will be displayed when you perform a search. If you wish to erase a certain point, you can restart by clicking Clear located in the Search filter section.

    3. Define Any Additional Filters

    Remember: The Map Search is simply one of a variety of ways you can refine your search results.
    Further search by Property Type or any other field available in the drop-downs.

    4. Click Search 

    When you are ready to retrieve your search results, simply click Search and a list will be populated that accounts for your filters.
