'Nothing Found' error when viewing comp sheet printout

Problem

On attempting to print comp sheets in the Report Writer web database, the user receives a “Nothing Found; No Report name found. Please try again” error message on an otherwise blank page.

Typical Cause

This error has been traced to the Adobe Acrobat extension for Chrome. Chrome supports viewing of PDF files natively so this extension is not strictly required.

Solution

Follow these steps to resolve the “nothing found” error:

1. Click on the three-dot kebab menu in the upper right corner of Chrome.

2. Select More tools>Extensions.

3. If the Adobe Acrobat extension is installed, click the blue slider/switch to disable it.

4. Try printing comps again to see if the issue is corrected.
   Note: It is not known at time of writing if other extensions can cause the same error, or if the equivalent extension in other browsers can cause this issue.
