No comps added on clicking 'Add to Worksheet'

Problem

Upon clicking Add to Worksheet in the Add/Arrange Comps window, no comparables are added, but no error messages appear.

Typical Causes

1. Comps with those ID numbers do not exist.

2. The File Info worksheet might not be the first worksheet.

Solution

To fix the issue in which no comps are added after clicking Add to Worksheet, follow the steps below.

Double check the comp IDs. If the comps were mistakenly deleted, they can be un-deleted in the Report Writer database by following these steps:

1. Search with the Is Deleted checkbox checked.

2. Select comps, and click Restore Selected. Note: This requires administrator privileges on the database in question.

If the above steps do not address the issue, re-arrange the worksheet tabs so that File Info is the first worksheet.
