Navigate (Word Ribbon)

The Navigate function causes a navigable pane to appear in the left-most section of Microsoft Word that is composed of the topic headers and sub-headers within your appraisal document.

The function can be accessed from either the LightBox Ribbon in Microsoft Word, or by right-clicking in Word and selecting Navigate.

In addition to navigable topic headers and sub-headers, clicking Pages will allow you to view a snapshot thumbnail of each page contained within the report file.

Furthermore, adding content to your table of contents will cause this list to update with the corresponding information.
