Market Rent Inflation

Expressed as a percentage, this is the amount by which the model-wide market rent will grow year-to-year. If not "Enabled" on the General tab, this calculation will default to the General Inflation figure also located on the General tab.

Market Rent Inflation in CashFlow:

Click General in the left navigation bar.
In the Inflation section, click  +Add Row.
Enter a value in the Amount field Toggle Market Rent Inflation Enter a value in the Amount field
