Market Area Analysis

The Market Area worksheet is an optional format for developing a summarized market area analysis. The format is based on the Uniform Commercial and Industrial Appraisal Report (UCIAR) form.

Although many of the fields are featured in black text, it is anticipated that you will transition accordingly down the page, exploring the drop-down menus, check boxes, and editable percentiles. 

You may choose to use this particular worksheet, or substitute it with your own supplementary analysis. If you do not wish to use the Market Area worksheet, you can choose to hide it.
