A loan sizing method whereby a percentage of "costs" (i.e. "Uses" on the financing tab such as property acquisition, operating cash flow shortfalls, etc.) is funded with debt.
If a property's cost is $100, an acquisition loan based on 70% Loan to Cost will yield a loan amount of $70.
Loan to Cost in CashFlow:
Click Capitalization in the left navigation bar. | |
Click an existing entry in the Loans table. | |
In the Sizing section, view the Loan to Cost value. That value is reflected in Reports. | |
Click Reports in the far-left navigation bar. Click Sources and Uses. The Loan to Cost value is listed in the Sources section. |
