    Article summary

    A loan sizing method whereby a percentage of "costs" (i.e. "Uses" on the financing tab such as property acquisition, operating cash flow shortfalls, etc.) is funded with debt.

    If a property's cost is $100, an acquisition loan based on 70% Loan to Cost will yield a loan amount of $70.

    Loan to Cost in CashFlow:

    Click Capitalization in the left navigation bar.

    Click an existing entry in the Loans table.

    In the Sizing section, view the Loan to Cost value.

    That value is reflected in Reports.

    Click Reports in the far-left navigation bar.

    Click Sources and Uses.

    The Loan to Cost value is listed in the Sources section.
