The Lease Grid shares similarities with the Land and Sales Grids, however it includes special tables for multi-family rent analysis, located after the Summary and before the Comp Sheets. 

Each of your comparable lease records can contain tenant or unit type detail information, which can be displayed on the analysis grid.
