Land Grid & Sales Grid

The Land and Sales Grids allow you to visually express the relationship between your subject property and - up to 10 - comparable sales. From there you can utilize any adjustments required via the adjustment row headers; each header option corresponds with that data you have input for the comparable sale in the database. There are also comparable (comp) sheets that are automatically generated once you import a comparable into the worksheet.
