    Jobs - Responding to an RFP in PARCEL

    When you have been sent an RFP in PARCEL, you will receive an email notification from no-reply@collateral360.com

    Review the RFP details. To submit a bid or decline to bid, click the blue link at the bottom of the email, which will open the New Requests tab in PARCEL. 

    Note: Do not reply to the email notification; questions for the lender should be submitted through the RFP, utilizing the email tool within the Project.

    You can also access the RFP directly by navigating to the Needs Response tab in the Valuation - Jobs app. Click Open RFP to open the RFP in PARCEL.



    The RFP will open in PARCEL.

    1. View RFP Collateral Information. Click View Full Project Information to expose additional information about the site, client, and your (Vendor) information.

    2. View Property details and Request information, including Bid deadline.

    a. Click the email icon to email lender with questions prior to submitting a bid. Responses from the lender will be delivered to your email account.

    b. Click Full RFP details (PDF) to download a PDF copy of the RFP details.

    3 Enter bid information.


    a. Select a currency and enter a primary bid amount. Enter the turnaround time.

    b. Click Add Additional Bid to add another bid. Three fields and a new button will appear:

    Select an additional bid type. Options include Rush, Follow-Up Inspection Fee, and Other. If Other is selected, an additional text field will appear and allow you to enter details.

    Enter the additional bid amount, followed by the turnaround time. To remove an additional bid, click Remove Bid.

    c. Begin entering text to search for a user to designate as the signatory. Optionally, enter Office Location. Confirm whether or not you will be able to meet the delivery date specified in the RFP (02/18/2021 in the example above).

    d. Confirm whether or not you or your company have provided professional services for the subject property within the prior three years. If Yes is selected, a text box will appear and require you to provide additional information.

    e. Optionally, enter additional comments.

    f. Optionally, add attachments to provide the lender.

    g. Click Submit Response to submit the bid to the lender.

    • Lender receives email notification of submitted bid.
    • The RFP moves from the New Requests tab of PARCEL to the to Submitted tab.

    h. If you do not wish to bid on the RFP, click Decline RFP to notify the lender.

    4. If files are available, click a file’s Document Name to open a copy of that file. Or, select one or more files and then click Download Files to download the selected file(s).
