Interest Only Loan

A type of loan whereby the only payment made is the interest that accrues each month on the original principal balance of the loan.

Interest Only Loan in CashFlow:

Click Capitalization in the left navigation bar.
In the Loans section, click an existing entry.
In the Interest Rate section:  For Interest Type, ensure Interest Only is selected Enter a value in the Annual Interest Rate field.
