Income Capitalization Reconciliation

As there may be several methods used to support the final Income Approach value, a dropdown allows for indicating which method is given primary weight. 

Unused methods will provide an "N/A" value.

A convenient link to the Direct Cap Value is provided via a button to the right of the table.

Use the rounding dropdown to round the value at your discretion, or overwrite the value to provide the rounded amount.
