I get a black aerial map after Defining the site in Research

Symptom

A black aerial map appears after defining the site using the Define Site tool in Research.

Cause

The black aerial map error appears when a Job is imported from RIMSCentral or PARCEL MT/MF without latitude or longitude data.

Resolution

To resolve the black aerial map error, push the Job to Report Writer via the Valuation Jobs application. Once in Report Writer, navigate to the Job in the Report Writer Jobs Manager, click Edit Job, and add the missing latitude and longitude data.
