I can't locate a Job that was shared with me

Problem:

I received an e-mail stating that a job was shared with me, but I can't locate it in my Jobs dashboard.

Solution:

Use the Clear Filters and Clear Sorts button. Use the type ahead search to locate the job in question. If you still cannot locate the job, contact valuationsupport@lightboxre.com
