To contact LightBox Valuation Support, please email valuationsupport@lightboxre.com or call (888) 732-8811. Support is available from 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST, Monday – Friday, excluding holidays.

Providing a thorough description of the problem helps us resolve issues more quickly. Whenever possible, please provide the following information: 

• A detailed account of the issue, including the affected component (e.g., “Zoning module in the Research Application”). Items such as Job Number, Site Address, and Project Name can help resolve your issue more quickly.

• Any specific error message displayed.

• Screenshots are particularly helpful when requesting via email. To take a screenshot, press the Print Screen key (which is often abbreviated) on your keyboard. Attach the screenshot(s) to your email.

Our customers have great ideas! If you'd like a feature to be added to Valuation, please search for the feature in our Feedback Portal and vote for your idea. If you can't find your feature, please add your idea to our Feedback Portal.
