Any fee charged by the lender when issuing a loan.

Financing Fees in CashFlow:

Click Capitalization in the left navigation bar.
In the Loans section, click on an existing loan.
In the Financing Fees section, click +Add Financing Fees
Enter a Name Enter an Amount Select $ Amount or % of Principal from the drop-down menu.
