LightBoxRE Fulfillment Services was formed in 1993 as part of Environmental Data Resources, Inc. Our mission was to support Consulting and Engineering professionals conducting Phase I Environmental Site Assessments. With over 5 million C&E property reports conducted across the following three decades, we have grown to offer much more than environmental due diligence reports.

With a combined industry experience of 75 years, the LightBoxRE Research team has provided research for more than 300,000 commercial property transactions, utilizing publicly available datasets to evaluate, document, and report:
