    Setting a Status in RIMSCentral

    In RIMSCentral, click on the Awards tab, then click View next to the assignment to open it.

    Click Completed! Move to History in the upper right corner. 

    A popup request confirmation. Click OK to proceed. 

    The assignment will move to the History tab in RIMSCentral and the status of the corresponding Job in LightBox Valuation will become “Completed.”

    Note: If you wish to set a large number of RIMSCentral assignments to “Completed” at once, LightBox Customer Support can help. Contact Customer Support at valuationsupport@lightboxre.com and request that all RIMSCentral assignments with a Due Date prior to the date you provide be marked as “Completed.”

    Setting a Status in PARCEL

    In PARCEL, click on the All Projects tab, then click View Details.

    Click the Status drop-down menu in the upper left corner of the page and select Final. 

    The Job will move to the All Final Projects tab of the PARCEL dashboard and the status of the corresponding Job in LightBox Valuation will become “Completed.”
