How can I re-open a Research Project?

Question: I need to recapture some Map Exhibits for my Research Project - how do I edit my project?

Answer: If the project in question has been completed within the last two months, you may reach out to valuationsupport@lightboxre.com and provide the Research Project Number and the Report Writer Property ID. Support will notify you when the Project has been re-opened and the Report Writer property will be toggled to re-import the edited project.
