FAQ: How Can I Customize My Account?

Q: How can I customize the Research application so it best suits my organization’s specific needs?

A: At the account level, LightBox can customize your map exhibits and also what tabs are displayed in the Research app by default. These changes are applied at the account level, meaning they will be applied to ALL users in your organization.

Map Exhibits: LightBox has set defaults for zoom layers and map size for the default image capture. If you would prefer different default settings, please reach out to our customer support team a valuationsupport@lightboxre.com. We would be happy to customize these settings for you and save you some clicks.

Tabs: Not every tab in the Projects area of the Research app might be useful to your organization. For example, some clients do not utilize the Crime data. In those cases, LightBox can simply hide the tabs you do not use, saving time and hassle. When a tab is hidden, no data or maps will be saved for that tab.

We strongly suggest not hiding Market, Assessment or Zoning so verification can be skipped and export is still functional.
