'Error encountered at GetMultipleProjectName procedure: Path not found'

Problem

The user receives an error in Word that states the following: "Error encountered at GetMultipleProjectName procedure: Path not found."

The above-named error can occur on clicking Fields and Tables or Merge Fields and Tables in Word.

Typical Cause

The %temp%\Narrative1 directory is missing.

Solution

You may first want to make sure you have run Prep Fields and Tables for your Report Writer file, which should create the missing folder that results in this error. Alternatively, opening the %temp% folder and manually creating a folder named Narrative1 inside (case-sensitive) should resolve the error, but prepping the file will still be needed.
