    Article summary

The Net Income Multipliers (NIM) Analysis is located directly under the Effective Gross Income Multipliers (EGIM) analysis and is nearly identical in terms of how the tables function. However, unlike the EGIM analysis, the NIM analysis is not sensitive to the expense ratio.

Note: EGIM Analysis is often consider a sales analysis method, however, in some views it is more closely aligned with income characteristics and therefore the EGIM Analysis part of the Income section.

Each of your comparables featured within the Sales Grid will be represented in the EGIM and NIM Analysis tables. If you have multiple Sales Grids with their own unique comp entries, you can select which grid you wish to use to populate these tables via the Database Source drop-down.

You may hand-enter this data, unprotect the worksheet and write your values into the cells.
