The comparable ranking table automatically sorts the adjusted values of the comparables and the indicated value of the Subject.

The first column applies the number of the comparable and the subject, ranked descending from the adjusted or unadjusted 'Rent' chosen.

Choose the qualitative comparability of the rent to the subject. Click the Toggle Display button to hide unused rows.

Provides a Legend for insertion with the comparable map as well as automated sentence detailing the maximum distance.
