Comparable Ranking Table

The comparable ranking table automatically sorts the adjusted values of the comparables and the indicated value of the Subject.

The first column applies the number of the comparable and the subject, ranked descending from the adjusted 'Price Per Unit of Comparison' chosen. You may also choose to sort on the unadjusted values.

Choose the qualitative comparability of the sale to the subject. Click the Toggle Display button to hide unused rows.

You can use this table to assist in your emphasis on certain comparables as they relate to the subject. Choose the comparables from the emphasis dropdown table below the Ranking table.

Comparable Map Legend

Provides a Legend for insertion with the comparable map, as well as an automated sentence regarding the max distance of the comps.
