Closing Costs

Various fees and expenses payable at the closing of a real estate transaction. Examples of closing costs include: brokerage commissions, title insurance premiums, and attorney's fees.

Closing Costs in CashFlow:

Click Property Sale in the left navigation bar.
In the Closing Costs section, click +Add Closing Cost.
Enter a Name Enter an Amount Select $Amount or $Gross from the drop-down menu.
To add additional Closing Costs, repeat the steps above.
Closing Costs can also be added in Valuation. Click Valuation in the left navigation bar.
In the Closing Costs section, click +Add Closing Cost.
