The Client and Property Contact information automatically imports contacts assigned to the Job in Report Writer's Job Manager.

If a client file number was not entered in the Job Details in web, hand-enter the number.

Note:

The Client Display Name field concatenates the Salutation, First Name, Middle Name (if applicable), Last Name and Designation (if applicable).

The Second Client and Property Contact section are hidden by default as they are not used as often. Click the "Show" hyperlink to unhide the section.
