'Can't find this record' error on importing subject into Excel Template

Component: Excel.

Symptom(s): An error message states the following:

Can't find this record. 

Typical Cause: Either the Property ID was incorrectly entered, or there are some data elements that are causing an issue upon import.

Time required to fix: ~5 minutes

Solution:

Follow the steps below to correct data within your subject data.

1. Set a primary image in the General page

2. Make sure there is only one "Used in Excel" instance set in the Transactions page

3. Make sure that there are not any html/ASCII characters in the Zoning page

4. Make sure that there are not an inordinate number of sub records: Parcels in the Site and Assessment page and Buildings in the Improvements page. Deleting all buildings in Improvements will still save the summary record data.

5. Re-import. If still experiencing issues importing your subject, reach out to support for assistance.
