Bidding Intelligence

The Bidding Intelligence tool provides information about a Subject Property and any prior Jobs that your organization has completed for that property (prior Jobs are pulled from RIMSCentral and PARCEL data).

To access Bidding Intelligence, click the down arrow next to an RFP and then click Bid Intelligence.

Alternatively, when creating an RFP, click the Launch Bid Intelligence button on the Bid Details tab.
