Multi-Family HUD Form - 92273-S8

HUD Form 92273-S8 is a complex worksheet with various instructions on required dropdowns and data. In an effort to ease customization for this form, we've provided a new table in the Lease Grid. 

Setup the Subject

Step 1: Enter Multi-Family inventory for the subject in the Improvements Worksheet.

Configure the Lease Grid

Step 2: Navigate to the Lease Grid and click the "Configure for MF Lease" button in the Global controls section.

Step 3: Add Multi-Family comps with the unit type you would like to display in the HUD Form.

Step 4: Choose the appropriate unit type in the Analysis Grid.

Step 5: Choose the appropriate unit type for the subject in the analysis grid.

Add adjustments and choose drop-downs in the HUD Form

Step 6: Navigate to the HUD Form, after the Comp Sheets.

Step 7: Data entered in the property database will automatically import into the form. These are various data entry fields and drop-downs within the the form. Enter data verify that all data is correct.
