    Article summary

The new automated adjustment sentences are designed to reiterate the adjustments made, per comparable. Narrative analysis can then be added to the word document to expound on the "why".

The adjustment sentences are designed to work with the Comparable Ranking Table. The comparability and emphasis dropdowns must be filled out for the adjustment sentences to work correctly.

Each comparable has a data table that imports the necessary fields to create the adjustment sentences.

There are three sentences per comparable so that an appraiser can insert analysis statements in between the auto-generated sentences.

The first statement provides an introduction to the comparable and states its overall comparability.

The second statement summarizes the adjustments made, per transactional component and characteristic. A single sentence of all non-adjusted characteristics will be auto-generated.

The third statement provides the net and/or gross adjustments made and provides the emphasis or weight the appraiser applied.

    Tip:
If you want to change the sentences, copy and past them as  text in the Word document and adjust to your liking.
