The Assessment worksheet comprises the Input Table, where you will enter your data, and summary tables where that information will be displayed.
The major sections in the worksheet are broken down into the following pages:

- Tax Comparables Table
Note:
The Assessment worksheet also allows for subject data to be imported into the parcel columns and for the Total amounts to be exported back into the we database. Click the Show Database Column button at the bottom of the data entry section to view what will be exported.
In the 46.02 version of the template and higher, individual parcels (up to 20) from the assessment data page can be imported into the template.
