Application error that jumps to another worksheet

Problem

The user encounters problems with "dbmanager" sheets, normally hidden, that are self-duplicating (and usually visible), often after accessing the database. This is caused by "chart objects" that Report Writer stumbles on. This can also cause other errors that cause the current worksheet to "jump" to the last worksheet in the workbook when they occur.

A telltale symptom for this issue is if, on encountering an error resulting from this, the workbook inexplicably "jumps" to a seemingly unrelated worksheet.

Solution

To fix this error, follow these steps:

1. Look for a worksheet in the workbook that consists entirely of a chart. It may be hidden.

2. Delete the worksheet.

3. If that does not address the issue, clear out other charts.
