    Click on the Sort tab at the top of the data selection screen.


    Report data is sorted by default when a Report is run. However, other sorting criteria may be applied during the data selection process.

    a. Add a Column: Click to add a column by which the data should be sorted.

    b. Select Column: Select the column to sort from the drop-down menu.

    c. Sort Order: Select Ascending or Descending sort order.  

    In the above example, a single column (Vendors State) has been added for sorting.
