    Article summary

    Send Doc Notice is the final button on the Job Summary toolbar. It is enabled on a site-by-site basis.
     

    Click the button to open the Send Doc Notice window. This tool allows the user to send documents directly to an Account Officer.

    a. Click the To button to open the Select User window. Use the search fields to find an Account Officer.

    In this example, a search was conducted for the last name "Prohaska," which returned two results.

    Click on the desired Account Officer name to select that officer and close the Select User window. That will populate the To field on the Send Doc Notice window.    

    b. Enter one or more email addresses to CC additional parties, separating each address with a comma. Recipients will be sent an email containing a link to view the documents. Note that the recipient will be required to log into the RIMS site (not RIMSCentral) to access the documents.

    c. There’s a link to the Job Attachments page at the bottom of the window.

    d.  Once the desired recipients have been added, click Send Email. A confirmation will appear briefly in the upper right-hand corner of the window.

    The To field is mandatory; if an Account Officer has not been selected, an error message will appear and the email will not be sent.
