Property List

The Property List button will have a number in brackets displaying the number of Properties associated with the Project. Click the Property List button to see a list of Properties.

Click on a Property to display its summary information. Note that the Jobs and Tasks sections will change to reflect the Property selected.

Click on the View Map button to open a map of the property in Google. Note: If the address is not valid, it will use the latitude/longitude if filled out, otherwise the view Map button will not be displayed.

The Properties can be filtered; click on the filter icon in the right-hand corner of a column to set filters for that column.

In this example, the Property Type column is being filtered to only display properties that contain the phrase "restaurant" in the Property Type field

Once a Property has been selected, click Back to Current Property Summary to see the summary information for that property.

In the above example, the Hayes Industrial Park Property has been selected
