Preview Engagement Letter/View Engagement Letter

Once an Award or Direct Award has been made, a new button titled Preview Engagement Letter will appear in the Task menu bar.

Until the Vendor accepts, the Engagement letter is not available as a file. 

When the Vendor accepts and its contracted, the Engagement Letter becomes available as a file in Task Attachments. The button also changes from Preview Engagement Letter to View Engagement Letter.

Click the button to open a PDF copy of the Engagement Letter. The contents vary among institutions, but details about the Vendor who received the Award, the Award Date and Fees, and Due Date are commonly included.
