Report Deliverables

The new City Directory is a standardized report nationwide and includes multiple deliverables designed to support review and documentation needs:  

1. Data accessible in Lightbox Live

2. A PDF report  

3. Excel file  

Delivery

Upon report completion, you will receive an email notification from the lightbox.live domain.

To ensure delivery:

• IT teams: Whitelist our new domain – lightbox.live

• Individual users: Add lightbox.live as a trusted sender in your email settings

Reports are available as download-only file from:  

• The project menu in LightBox Live

• Your order status page

PDF Report

The City Directory PDF is branded under LightBox, reflecting the data, technology, and delivery platform used to produce the report. Over time, we will transition EDR reports to LightBox branding.  

The PDF is designed as an archival record of City Directory findings. It is intended for:

• Documentation and recordkeeping

• Attaching to due diligence report

PDF characteristics

• Consistent format nationwide

• Abstracted data for the Target Property

• Documents years of coverage searched

• Source imagery for all addresses and years

• Digitally-sourced years displayed via generated (synthetic) images reflecting book-page layouts

Excel File

The Excel file contains the same address and occupant data as available in LightBox Live and the PDF.

The Excel file does not include:

• Embedded images

• Map geometry or plotted points

• Data insights (property type or dry cleaner/gas station tags)

While the PDF and Excel files support documentation and analysis, the best interactive review experience is available in LightBox Live:

• Interactive map with plotted records

• Tools to accelerate your review

• Access to source images, where available

• Contextual review alongside other LightBox datasets
