Linking Your Accounts

Your LightBox User Account is the gateway into all things LightBox. Some LightBox services require you link your LightBox User Account to a pre-existing account such as EDR, PARCEL, and RIMSCentral. By linking your accounts, you can unify your login credentials across multiple LightBox services.  

Linking Your EDR Account

When you set up your LightBox user account from EDR Ordering page, you will be prompted to link your EDR office account. Using your EDR Office Account credentials, follow the prompts to link accounts.

You can link one or more EDR Office Accounts to your LightBox User Account. Once your accounts are linked, the EDR card will appear in the My Linked Services section.

From the linked card, you can:

• Click to open the EDR SRF

• Unlink an EDR account

• Set the Primary EDR Office Account (if you have multiple EDR Office Accounts)
  

On the EDR SRF, the menu at the top right enables you to:

• Navigate to the My Services Page

• Switch EDR office accounts, if you have linked more than one office.  

• Navigate to My Services to link additional accounts (if necessary), including EDR, PARCEL and RIMS Central Accounts.  

Linking Your PARCEL Account

To link your LightBox User Account to your PARCEL Account, go to https://lightbox.live/#!Accounts and click Link Accounts beside the PARCEL logo. Using your PARCEL Account credentials, follow the prompts to link accounts. You can link only one PARCEL Account to your LightBox User Account. Once your accounts are linked, the PARCEL card will appear in the My Linked Services section.

From the linked card menu, you can:  

• Click to open PARCEL

To unlink a PARCEL Account, please contact Support.

Once your LightBox User Account is linked to your PARCEL account, navigate to PARCEL and click Log In With LIGHTBOX and enter your LightBox Account credentials.    

Linking Your RIMSCentral Account

To link your LightBox User Account to your RIMSCentral Account, go to https://lightbox.live/#!Accounts and click Link Accounts beside the RIMSCentral logo. Using your RIMSCentral Account credentials, follow the prompts to link accounts. You can link only one RIMSCentral Account to your LightBox User Account. Once your accounts are linked, the RIMSCentral card will appear in the My Linked Services section.

From the linked card menu, you can:  

• Click to open RIMSCentral

To unlink a RIMSCentral Account, please contact Support.

Once your LightBox User Account is linked to your RIMSCentral account, navigate to RIMS Central and click Log In With LIGHTBOX and enter your LightBox Account credentials.
